Most of us know what spam it’s that awful email we get constantly in our in boxes each day. What about poor old Spam its self has coining the word Spam for Junk mail. Had a detrimental effect on the brand? Tinned Spam was first named from a competition back in the fifties. There’s nothing better than a good Spam fritter, maybe there’s an opposite to all this maybe the elevation of the word spam into the public conscious (along with Viagra and Online Casinos) has made Spam more noticed and known.

Good Spam Recipes: Spam Fritters with Blue Cheese
You will Need:
- Spam
- Any Good Blue Cheese
- Batter Mix
- 1 Egg
- Rocket
- Balsamic Vinegar
Make the batter mix with the egg, (add a touch of chilli powder for extra kick) cut the Spam into 1 cm pieces batter and fry for 5-8 mins. Lay on bed of rocket cut the same size blue cheese on top of the warm fritter, dress with balsamic vinegar. That’s it done!
